SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS and UPS with the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through your account on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@hickorypines.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
